Powder Milk And Biscuits Wafer






     The cream is for 3 wafers.

  FOR THE BISCUITS CREAM WE NEED:
   - 4 eggs
   -  250g sugar
   - 100g butter
   - 2 tbsp cocoa
   - 100g biscuits

POWDER MILK CREAM:
   - 400g sugar
   - 100mk water
   - 200g butter
   - 400g powder milk

     For the biscuits cream mix the sugar and cocoa with the butter, then add the eggs one by one. Put the bowl with the cream in a saucepan with some water and put it on a low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the cream thickens. When it is done take it off the heat and add the crushed biscuits and mix everything together. Spread the cream on a bit of wafer and put another one on top.
    For the powder milk cream you need to boil the water with the sugar until thicken then add the butter and powder milk. Spread the cream on the two wafers and put the last one on top.
   Put in the fridge until the next day and then cut in squares.
